This story is not based on real facts, it is absolutely real:

The story goes back 10 years ago ... We had dinner with 3 longtime friends and the conversation at that time was about the most efficient method of building swimming pools. One of these friends has worked and continues to work in the sector for several years… In fact, this healthy discussion was recurring but at that time I was gaining a lot of interest because I was starting to think about building a swimming pool… At that moment he tells me: - Why don't buy a SPA before.

The imagery of Piscina, however, took time to clear my head ... But my friend's good reasoning and let's face it also the fact that he lives within the Micro-Climate of Sintra led me to follow my friend's advice and I acquired a SPA.

10 years later, I am very grateful for that advice. The enjoyment and benefits that I derive from using the SPA have been a sensational experience… To a large extent, the wellness concept is absolutely different, from the “traditional” use of a swimming pool very much associated with seasonal use and in most cases depending on the conditions weather.

It should be noted that this presentation by Thermae (pool & welness projects) does not aim at all, quite the contrary, to value the concept and the wellness practice at the expense of using, for example, a pool. Strictly speaking, they are distinct but complementary uses and in the breadth of the wellness concept both come in predominantly. Naturally it is always up to the individual as long as he is the only one to use the various equipment and solutions available to create his culture of health and well-being.
